The Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of LeagueFit establish the rules and guidelines for using our website and purchasing our products and services. By accessing our website and making purchases, you agree to the terms described herein.

1. Confidentiality: LeagueFit is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the data provided by customers during the purchase process. We use advanced security measures to ensure the protection of your personal information.

2. Customer Service (SAC): We provide a customer service channel to address questions, requests, or complaints related to orders or website content. The SAC can be reached via phone or through the form available on our website.

3. Delivery Policy: The delivery time for products is informed during the purchase process and is counted in business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. Exceptionally, deliveries may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

3.1. Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product dimensions are compatible with the delivery location's spaces, such as elevators, doors, and corridors. We do not perform assembly or disassembly of products, nor transport through stairs or windows.

3.2. Delivery Attempts: Up to three delivery attempts will be made to the provided address. An authorized person, over 18 years old, must be present to receive the merchandise. After three unsuccessful attempts, the order will return to our Distribution Center.

3.3. Order Changes: After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the payment method, delivery address, or request delivery priority.

3.4. Shipping Calculation: The shipping cost is calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the product.

3.5. Delivery Restrictions: Our delivery personnel are not authorized to:

  • Enter the domicile;
  • Deliver through alternative means (such as hoisting products through windows);
  • Perform installation or maintenance of products;
  • Open the product packaging;
  • Deliver to an address different from the one provided in the order;
  • Deliver to minors or without identification.

3.6. Goods Retention: LeagueFit is not responsible for goods retained at customs or fiscal agencies due to customer-related issues. In such cases, the customer must resolve the issues for the goods to be released.

4. Right of Withdrawal: The customer can exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days from the product receipt date. The product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, manual, and all accessories.

4.1. Return Procedure: The customer should request the return through our Customer Service (SAC). Return shipping costs will be covered by LeagueFit.

4.2. Refund Conditions: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, if conditions are met, we will process a full refund of the purchase amount.

4.3. Credit Card Refunds: For credit card purchases, the card issuer will be notified, and the refund will appear on the next or subsequent statement, according to the issuer's timelines.

4.4. Bank Slip or Debit Refunds: For purchases made via bank slip or debit, the refund will be made through bank deposit within 10 (ten) business days into the buyer's account.

5. Privacy Policy: LeagueFit respects its customers' privacy and is committed to protecting all personal information provided. We use advanced security technologies to ensure data protection throughout the purchase process.
