Shipping and Delivery Time
The delivery time for any location varies from 1 to 4 weeks after payment confirmation.
Please note that we provide a tracking code for all products ordered with the shipping option that includes tracking at the time of shipping selection.
Tracking codes take 5 to 10 business days to be sent from our suppliers to you, the customer.
We will refund the purchase amount for orders that are lost in transit or exceed the 90-day delivery period after payment confirmation.
The delivery time depends on the efficiency of the postal service and customs clearance, but it usually takes an average of 7 to 45 days. However, the final delivery period is up to 90 business days.
If this period is exceeded, we recommend contacting the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay. If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers. If we confirm a logistics issue with your order, we will issue a FULL refund immediately after completing this verification process.
It is important that you ensure the proper conditions for delivery at the registered address in your order. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, you will need to pick up your order at the nearest post office branch. Storage fees will be charged if the package is not collected within 7 calendar days. The storage fee varies based on the weight/volume of the product.
